Albert Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia. Most
recently she was VP, Human Resources and formerly she was
Associate VP, Organization Development. While at Einstein,
she was responsible for strategic HR leadership, executive
coaching for change strategies, board development, employee
satisfaction and retention strategies, and internal communications.
She was the founder and former president of the Einstein
Consulting Group, nationally respected for helping more
than 300 healthcare providers institute strategies to achieve
service excellence and leadership effectiveness.
