Wendy has twenty years of service with Albert Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia. Most recently she was VP, Human Resources and formerly she was Associate VP, Organization Development. While at Einstein, she was responsible for strategic HR leadership, executive coaching for change strategies, board development, employee satisfaction and retention strategies, and internal communications. She was the founder and former president of the Einstein Consulting Group, nationally respected for helping more than 300 healthcare providers institute strategies to achieve service excellence and leadership effectiveness.

Wendy has facilitated hundreds of planning and team-building processes and retreats, and presented inspirational speeches, symposia, teleconferences and skill-building workshops for healthcare and communication organizations.

Wendy has written more than 10 books for healthcare leaders, managers, physicians and staff, including several healthcare best-sellers. She is also the creator of on-line toolkits, leadership toolkits, manuals and articles. She is known for focused, clear, practical, punchy writing.
